BRIEF
Our customer had set a pre-handover occupancy target of 15% for M-SParc. The challenge was to attract potential tenants to the facility and maximize revenue by showcasing ongoing development progress against the final design.
SOLUTION
To address this challenge, we implemented a range of digital construction solutions. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, we provided potential tenants with VR glasses on the site viewing deck. This innovative approach allowed them to immerse themselves in the evolving project, experiencing the development in a realistic and interactive manner.
THE RESULT
The impact of our digital solutions surpassed all expectations. By offering an engaging experience, we successfully secured an impressive 37% occupancy rate before the project handover.
This exceptional result not only exceeded the initial target but also demonstrated the profound impact of technology in influencing decision-making and driving tangible results.
